Open Bruno specific to collection and environments

I think it would be great to be able to bru start --collection collection-folder and have a Bruno window open (or perhaps a tab within the main window) showing only that collection and related environments.

One of the reasons behind this is that we'd like to run the bru start command after the 1Password op inject command so that we can create a .env file (from a .env.tmpl file) that contains the passwords stored in ore more 1Password entries.

For us, this would provide a better workflow for managing secrets rather than the existing options.
