Export as Open API Collection

Hi Everyone,

I have extensively gone through issues and discussions. Bruno community (shoutout to @helloanoop!) has been thriving well and Kong/Insomnia I was exploring https://github.com/ArchGPT/insomnium/ to keep the backward compatibility. After being slightly frustrated with the transition and some more problems in between and breaking git sync. Moved to Bruno with my team, glad to say this has been looking very good.

One big thing we were using regularly was OpenAPI exporter. It was a plugin that I updated and made some custom changes based on my needs.
From #384 I see Designer - OpenAPI designer for your APIs is planned but I would be more interested in sort of an exporter. As Bruno already accepts Insomnia & OpenAPI Imports. Will be happy to try and contribute if possible in parallel.

Can I get thoughts from everyone here?

Thought Process:

How about we use something like
