[Bug] Opening a collection on a WSL drive doesn't import bru files, only the folders. #1030
Comments
Sounds like your problem might be related to #159? We've stopped using Bruno for the moment because of the WSL2 issues. It's difficult to try and walk multiple team members through setting up workarounds to get things running. Hopefully there will be a cleaner solution at some stage. |
It would appear so. I will attempt the suggested change later but this is indeed an issue for us in adopting this solution |
Facing the same issue. |
It's happening, when using the network-share to the WSL-Distro from windows. Same here. |
I tried to put a bruno collection in our solution but i'm hitting a strange wall.
If the collection, which has subfolders if that matters, is located in a basic windows folder, everything opens fine.
If the opened folder is on a WSL drive, per example \wsl.localhost\Ubuntu-22.04\home<user><project>\bruno, the folders import just fine, but the .bru files arent available in bruno.
Any idea if i'm doing doing something wrong? For the record, our current setup is Win 11 -> WSL -> docker -> ubuntu -> git
