subdomains role is deprecated and it can all be handled through the galaxyproject.galaxy role now

Not entirely sure what is involved in this by the *_by_host variables come into it somehow

When this is fixed up we will no longer be listing the subsites in the nginx galaxy file. There is an outside chance that this will fix our issue with the phylogenetic tree visualization
