Scripts to rsync content from /mnt/custom-indices

Currently the content of /mnt/custom-indices on the pulsars is not up to date (with the exception of pulsar-mel3)

There could be a script on pulsar-mel3 to rsync content from /mnt/custom-indices on aarnet
and scripts on the other pulsars to rsync content from /mnt/custom-indices on pulsar-mel3

I don't think we can use aarnet-misc-nfs for this because it doesn't have an external IP. Ideally we'd have some way of recreating the rsync scripts if a pulsar had to be recreated. In future we'd want to automate the copying of custom-indices data either with Jenkins or with cron jobs on the individual VMs.
