Intend to provide a quick link status (indicate if the link is live or not), second level hits actual link and provides basic info about data, mime type, size of data, datestamp, etc.

Currently - menu operation allows visual check from the Distribution page. Status is not saved.

Needs a new Nav Element list with status of all links
