In Settings,

Click Export and tag data.
Click on Export tab
Click "Export all data" button.
Click on Export History tab
Verify that the export status is "Queued" and the date is today's date
Click on the download icon and verify that the download does not work.
After successful export, verify that the export status is "Success"
Click on the download icon and verify that the download works as expected.
