[BUG] CyberPanel Setup on Ubuntu 24.04 and Offline Setup Instructions

Describe the bug
I have following issues / questions.

1. Is CyberPanel supported on Ubuntu 24.04
2. Do you have instructions for offline setup (situation where want to download dependencies and package offline and install it)?
3. Is there a support option? Your community forum signup page is current;y throwing recaptcha error, support site doesn't allow creating ticket if using your own hosting option.

I'm trying to setup CyberPanel on Ubuntu 24.04 server and having few issues. I manually downloaded the cyberpanel.sh and updated the Ubuntu 22 references to Ubuntu 24 in an attempt to setup. Attached the zip file that has the .sh in it. Only changed 22 to 24.

I ran into this error:
E: Package 'libmariadbclient-dev' has no installation candidate

To Reproduce
What steps did you take when the issue occurred?
Executed the cyberpanel.sh file from Ubuntu 24.04 server after changing references of Ubuntu "22" to "24"

Expected behavior
A clear and concise description of what you expected to happen.
Setup to go through it completely or if not have some information to manually set it up with required dependencies. If possible, want to download files offlines and then use it from local source.
