Use the repository pattern to create a repository for the Entry Point Resource. This will be used to refactor parts of the Entry Point service layer.

Definition of Done:

The Entry Point repository is implemented
The Entry Point service layer is refactored to make use of the Entry Point repository
All existing tests pass
The feature is merged into dev
