Use the repository pattern to create a repository for the Experiment Resource. This will be used to refactor parts of the Experiment service layer.

Definition of Done:

The Experiment repository is implemented
The Experiment service layer is refactored to make use of the Experiment repository
All existing tests pass
The feature is merged into dev
