Oxygen has multiple "Integrate/Install DITA OT plugins" transformation scenarios: one for OASIS DITA (1.x), one for DITA 2.x, and one for Lightweight DITA. Documentation should clarify that the OASIS DITA scenario should should be used to install the SCAP Composer plugins.
