Assertion failed trying to log in to clasp

If the npx clasp login fails with an assertion error about "v_->execution_async_id()) == (0)", it might or might not relate to an open issue. In any case, upgrading node from 16.3 to 16.5 fixed it.

Thanks for the issue and the solution :).

I am using Node version v14.17.3 (coming from the nix-shell within the project) and did not get the error. I will keep the issue open so people can see it if they have the same problem.
