Describe the issue
after upgrading from UTM 4.1.5 to 4.2.5, none of my newly created or previously created ISAPC based emulated VMs could power on, receiving the following error
QEMU exited from an error: qemu-i386-softmmu: -device virtio-serial: No 'PCI' bus found for device 'virtio-serial-pci'
i do not have virtio-serial configured or any serial devices added, although i can see "virtio-serial" (but not virtio-serial-pci) in the start command
