Overview

Currenly we now have functions for OLMO -> OLMO-hf and OLMO-GGUF -> OLMO-quantized-GGUF ... but not OLMO-hf -> OLMO-GGUF. Someone tried to create a llama-cpp-scripts package but this PR is not finished or merged to main: ggerganov/llama.cpp#5745
