Save the response when they click the previous or next button (same as dhair). No need to save more dynamically than that (i.e. no need for dhair2 style saving on every response change live-time via ajax).

The current behavior is that we only save the QR when the user clicks 'submit' at the end of the questionnaire (this was inherited from the parent repository)

Resuming in a later auth session is another matter... that will be a separate issue.
