[Feature request] Discord/Ombi User Integration

It would be great if I could associate user making a request via Mellow to the user in Ombi. The purpose is to allow the roles/quotes to be assigned per user. This is possible in requestrr with Ombi v3.

darkalfx/requestrr requires Ombi to be configured with user IDs from Discord. This would already be very good, but it would be even nicer if the match could be done by email for example, or specified via argument.
