Id is not used for Java @Id in certain situations. #1769

Steps to reproduce

Create new component
Type in id
Check the "Java" checkbox" in component tree

Actual behavior

Uses id generated based on the component class name and un-checks the java checkbox

Expected behavior

Use the id typed in.

IDE, Designer and OS version

Mac, IntelliJ latest of all products

Not a bug. Rewrote as #1776 and prioritised.
