This issue is a part of WoC (Winter of Code) 2025 task pool -- please do not assign.

Open World Holidays Framework includes Indian holidays support. Possible areas for improvement:

implement Hindi translation
improve specific region holidays calendar (e.g. West Bengal, Uttar Pradesh, etc)
improve country wide holidays (extend years, clarify specific year holidays)
