"Failed to write the report" error sometimes triggered when signing transactions

The "failed to write the report" error message seems to be triggered from the webhid transport (e.g. LedgerHQ/ledgerjs#450) and we currently don't handle it in a user-friendly way. It's probably the same error users see when connecting with Ledger but we show the name instead (DeviceDisconnectedDuringOperation) and show proper troubleshooting steps
