Duplicate of #650. I may do this eventually, but no immediate plans.
I would posit that something in your computer/network blocks access to download URL. Are you able to download the package using web browser?

hi, the download speed is too slow to download everytime this extension updated.

I still believe that we can package and use the MS torrent.
