Describe the bug

0.Windows11Prepare
1.EP Install
2.Set the Start screen to look like Win10
3.Pin any app on the Start screen to a tile
(Can't pin by right clicking)
4.I want to remove the things I pinned.
5.Right-click on the tile and select "Unpin"
6....Is "pin to start" the only option?
7.I don't know if it's pinned or not
8.It would be fine if it was just a strange display, but it's not removable.
9.I can't take it
You can still attach it by dragging and dropping, but it won't come off.
Just stack the tiles together and make a folder, and you'll be able to remove them!!!

Expected outcome

You can pin and take tiles
Without a file

Actual outcome

I pinned it, but it doesn't seem to have been pinned and I can't remove it.
