Пусть у меня самописная конфигурация с БСП
И при первом запуске срабатывает Начальное заполнение
И запускаю обработку ЗакрытитьПредприятие
Тогда начальное заполнение отрабатывает за секунду
И обработка ЗакрытьПредприятие остается открытой
И конфигурация остается открытой
