При запуске в режиме предприятия, если ПараметрЗапуска пустая строка, то происходит поглощение следующего параметра:
1cv8.exe ENTERPRISE /C /RunModeOrdinaryApplication

При получении из встроенного языка параметра запуска, он будет равен "/RunModeOrdinaryApplication"
