При выполнении команды make-dist добавить режим сборки файлов поставки из исходных файлов (аналогично команде compile). Также добавить поддержку работы с шаблоном номера версии.

Пример:
vrunner make-dist bin/1cv8_$version.cf --src src/cf --build-number 37

Ожидаемое поведение:
Создание файла поставки bin/1cv8_1.2.3.4.cf

Цель:
Упрощение вызовов в рамках CI/CD.
