Bug fixes in generated C code

We needed more testing... and got it. There were a few errors in the generated C header files:

• lines ended in \ which had to be \
• DER_APPLICATION_TAG had to be DER_TAG_APPLICATION
• DER_CONTEXT_TAG had to be DER_TAG_CONTEXT
