packagegroup-fsl-tools-testapps: Remove packagegroup-nxp-openthread

packagegroup-nxp-openthread provides RDEPENDS on openthread.bb which
provides ot-daemon:

This conflicts with the version of ot-daemon used by Variscite:

- https://github.com/varigit/meta-variscite-bsp-common/blob/scarthgap_6.6.23-2.0.0_var01/recipes-connectivity/openthread/ot-daemon_git.bbappend

Removing packagegroup-nxp-openthread from the image resolves this problem.
