BUG: Mass Edit with Inverse Percentages setting turned on still edits the original value.

If you have the setting "Show Inverse Percentages as traditional percentages" turned on when using Mass Edit, the mass edit value will be converted into the traditional percentage. This ideally would work the opposite. Where the mass edit value should be converted to an inverse percentage before being assigned to the row when that setting is enabled.
