Hi,

Could you please provide me with the two-species spectral library (.tsv format is better) mentioned in your published paper "DIA-NN: Neural Networks and Interference Correction Enable Deep Proteome Coverage in High Throughput"? I would like to experiment with this two-species spectral library.

Hi,

I would rather suggest you use the human-arabidopsis (by Bruderer et al), which we also used in our paper on dia-PASEF: https://www.nature.com/articles/s41467-022-31492-0

Best,
Vadim
