File cannot be conveted to ".dia" format, not caused by low RAMs. #1323

Thanks for getting back to me so quickly. I've tried three different PCs and two different Diann versions (1.8.1 and 1.9), but it's still not working. This is so bizarre… I guess I’d better move on to another research group and keep going with my work, hahaha. |
So if you don't convert but just try to process the .raw with some spectral library, it always results in error on different machines? I will also test on several then :) |
Yes, but it seems to not report an error; it only shows me "DIANN exit" when loading this file. I tried to convert the format because the load raw file failed, and tried to run it on the Linux server. |

When I try to convert a series of raw files(47) acquired from Orbitral Astral at the same period, one cannot be converted and exited. At the same time, other files can be processed, but this cannot be processed,
