Incoming voice call rings forever

Steps to reproduce

1. A phone, a tablet and a PC in the same LAN
2. Receive a voice call from another matrix user
3. Phone rings, PC rings, Tablet rings
4. Since this is the first call for the tablet, it asks for permissions to the mic
5. Give permission to the app
6. Continues ringing forever. And I mean, forever. The call is answered and closed on another device but 10 minutes later the tablet is still ringing, no way to do anything.
7. Kill the app, stops ringing

It didn't stop until killed the app

After the first problem with the request for permission, I answered another call on the Pc. Later I found the tablet hung on the answer screen for the voice call, no sound or anything.

Can confirm similar issue, when multiple calls are started at once, and I answer one, the phone continued ringing, closing the app didn't help, I had to force-stop it.

To repro (from #8531):

1. Clear task (make sure Element is not running on the background).
2. Turn off/lock the screen.
3. Don't do anything, let the screen wake up by itself from call notification.
4. Don't pick up the call.
