Steps:

  1. Sign out
  2. Sign in
  3. Kill the app
  4. Ring app with voip.

Observed: The Notification Extension sometime crashes in the background, the notifications are sometimes not shown correctly(with text "Notification") and the callKit UI does not show.
Expected: CallKit UI shows and can be answered.

The issue arrives here when the notification share extension is first initialised.
For calls, you can get multiple notifications close together (room join, call invite).
