Steps to reproduce

  1. Invite user A to a new room
  2. Change permissions of the room so that room A cannot invite new users (eg set it to Admin only)
  3. Navigate to the room by user A
  4. Notice that the header still contains "app people" button. SImilar button is correctly hidden on the web
