Steps to reproduce

Scenario A:

  1. Alice and Bob have a DM together, actions like video call are available
  2. Bob leaves DM

Scenario B:

  1. Alice creates a Room alone, actions like video call are not available
  2. Bob joins

(both scenarios, Alice never leaves Room/DM)

Outcome

What did you expect?

A: video call button disappears as Bob leaves
B: video call button appears as Bob joins

What happened instead?

Nothing
