Steps to reproduce

  1. Open a room and background the application
  2. Send a message from another device / account to this room
  3. Foreground the application

=> observe a loading indicator which is not dismissed

Outcome

What did you expect?

Loading indicator is dismissed eventually / once loading has completed

What happened instead?

Loading indicator is hanging forever
