Voice message: message is being recorded but after clicking send it disappears

Steps to reproduce

I start recording message short after sending previous one (it often happens when you are recording something longer then 2 minutes so you need to split). I am pretty confident that if you time it correctly it is 100% reproducible.

Outcome

What did you expect?

Recorded message should not disappear!

What happened instead?

Either message was quietly discarded or it have not ben recorded at all. Either scenario is terrible.
If the message was recorded but it failed to be sent, it should remain locally on the timeline with buttons "resend" and maybe also "discard". If it was not recorded at all, user should not be shown recording indicator.

To be honest, after you record 2 minutes of significant message and this occur, the moment you realize you need to rerecord whole message again is the moment you want to really stop using element and switch to whatsapp. It is also very easy to not notice that single message out of serious of messages was not sent.
