Users don't understand the current management of the live icon color in the voice broadcast tile.
We decided to simplify the logic, the live icon color should be red if the recording/broadcast is in progress / grey if the recording is paused.

This is already the implemented behavior for the recorder side, my request here is to change the display on the listener side
