Adding environment variables to logs

Hello,

I'm pretty sure this is possible and I just can't seem to find the docs on it. I want to add some information to each logs that gets generated like hostname, ip address, env. (most of these are in env variables).

It wasn't easy to find indeed, I had to search for site: vector.dev interpolation
