The software will be server based and should be accessible via a web interface.
It needs:

• Data upload function
• Analysis Settings (output in pixel or mmˆ2, petri dish size and maybe label names)
• Display final plots
• Data download function

@2alin did you already think about how we can label the agar plates if there are multiple ones?
