.remove method missing

I'd love to use this crate in one of my projects, but I need the functionality to remove nodes at some point, which this crate does not allow. Is this intended?

Thanks for the suggestion @M0dEx , I did not implemented it because I did not need it :) (sorry for the delay I did not notice the notification), I just added it
