Craft 4 compatibility

There's been zero interest in this so far (apart from the both of you), but happy to migrate this one across in the next few months.

The both of us are colleagues so it is really just one! 😄

This plugin provides a good system to ensure caches are busted whenever a scheduled entry goes live (or expires). That is really the only functionality we’re looking for at the moment. Happy to consider alternate strategies if you have any other suggestions.

Happy to say this on available for Craft 4 via 3.0.0. We're just waiting for it to be approved on the plugin store.
