On my Gnome 3 Ubuntu 16.10 install, CTRL-C is the only command that sort of works and it just makes a new prompt. CTRL-T doesn't make a new tab and none of the other key combos seem to work.

Electron 1.4.0
linux x64 4.8.0-11-generic
