swagger ui setup for api documentation yaml format

Summary

I am trying to set up Swagger UI but my requirement is:

we will do module-based API so we will create swagger yaml for every module because it is too hard to manage in a single file.

please help me

• fix env because again we need import in db.configs.ts but already it imported globally
• need to set up the database as the shared package
