How To Reproduce(required)
1.start graph with the following configuration, graph starts successfully

  1. login consle, execute show charset
    image

  2. view code, this configuration is hard code

Expected behavior
since this configuration is not supported, we should:

  1. not disclose the configuration items to the public: default_charset & default_collate
  2. modify the relevant documentation
