[Feature] Ability to see all uses for an item while excluding specific tags

Please add the ability to see all the uses for an item while excluding uses that are available for any item of certain tags.
Something like: Shift+U -> GUI where you can deselect the tags of that item -> shows the uses. Ideally for 1.12.2 first

Eg. Silverwood Logs from Thaumcraft can be used in many standard Minecraft recipes, but there are some recipes that only use Silverwood Logs. So Shift+U on Silverwood Logs -> deselect 'log' tag -> shows all the uses of Silverwood Logs that can't be replace by an item with the 'log' tag

Yes. But you should be able to select multiple tags
