storage of .encfs6.xml - ENCFS6_CONFIG

Using ENCFS6_CONFIG like
ENCFS6_CONFIG=/path/to/.encfs6.xml encfs rootDir mountPoint
only works if the xml already exists.

It would be good to have ENCFS6_CONFIG also working while creating a new encfs storage.

So encfs would save the xml instantly on a specified location, no temporary remains on an undesirable filesysstem.

can encfs4win (latest = 1.10.13?) use this trick?

i tried but failed when creating new.

mind to simply state:

1. how to set that parameter
2. any command can show the setting is successful? thanks.

and btw,
encfs4win works perfect for layman but it lag behind for several sub version.
