It wont round the corners

To Reproduce
It just wont work

Expected behavior
Rounded corners

Windows 10/11 version: [e.g. Window 11 x64 23H2 build 22631 use winver command or press WIn+Pause]
WinXcorners Version [e.g. 1.2.1b]
