Hi
Under windows this plugin is unable to find Perl. Is this a Vim issue or your plugin issue?

It's probably an issue with your Vim installation.
This plugin doesn't even use perl. The only thing it does is to modify the Vim makeprg variable so that make runs in your build directory...

BTW, I've provided pull request #2 which should make plugin cross-platform.
@blurmonk could you please check your case now?
