I have created a new issue collecting all OS-side popups (tooltips, context menus etc.) scaling unexpected on monitor-spanning windows. Since monitor-spanning windows are a corner case and even when used the wrong size of these popups is far from a severe issue, we will not address these issues for now. Thus the new issue is just for documentation porposes:
