someone had an issue where their successful order ID was overwritten by a second one, looks like it's because they tried again ~5 minutes after they first tried it - probably need an extra order status so that we can differentiate between when someone has made an order but not submitted payment, when they have submitted payment (at which point it shouldn't be overwritten), and when it's successful/failed/other statuses
