alarm/timer not ring when screen off

Describe the bug
alarm/timer does not ring when phone screen off

• general - show foreground notification: on #useless
• lock this app in recent tasks manager #useless

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to 'timer' section
2. Click on 'plus' button
3. Set 11s and save
4. Turn off the phone screen
5. it isn't ring when time up
6. After time up, you turn on screen, it starts ring

Expected behavior
it should ring even when screen off when time up

Additional context
the Fossify Clock (Simple-Clock) works perfectly in this situation. Fossify Clock works even I turn off prevent phone from sleeping while the app is in foreground inside app.

Can confirm the same behaviour on my OnePlus 9.

With the Foreground or Background service, alarms seems to not ring.

Interestingly, upcoming alarm notifications (5 minutes before) seems to work fine, so I assume the app is awake? I even tried with keeping the app in the recents page. Fossify and/or Simple Clock works fine
